Manufactured products include a range of white melamine panels, decorative melamine board products, particleboard, mouldings, STRUCTAflor, shelving and components. Australian Panels is the leading manufacturer of Thermolaminated cabinet doors in Australia, with a world class facility in Charmhaven, warehousing and board facility in Somersby, medium density fibreboard and particleboard manufacturing in Oberon, particleboard manufacturing in Mt Gambier, and a high-pressure laminate production facility in Malaysia.
Australian Panels’ Oberon facility manufactures medium density fibreboard (MDF) alongside a state-of-the-art particleboard line. The current range of Customwood MDF products include standard MDF, Moisture Resistant MDF, E0 (Low Formaldehyde Emitting) MDF. The Oberon facility also manufactures Ultraprime MDF Mouldings, along with the recent acquisition of STRUCTAflor flooring and Australia’s newest particleboard line.
In addition to MDF manufacturing, Australian Panels obtained the Carter Holt Harvey particleboard facility in Mt. Gambier—expanding into small communities to further the importance of Australian manufacturing.
